Director Sales EMEAI Live Entertainment & Corporate (m/w/d)*

 

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Management and development of all sales activities in the Live Entertainment, Broadcast and Corporate segments
  • Identifying, acquiring and developing new customers as well as maintaining and advising existing customers
  • Strategic expansion of the EMEAI sales region in new segments
  • Managing, coaching and expanding the international sales team
  • Promoting the development of customer relationships and continuous market observation
  • Introducing and consistently implementing sales control mechanisms and developing customer-orientated sales strategies
  • Ensuring profitability and achieving sales targets
  • Continuous analysis and ongoing optimisation of existing structures in your own area of responsibility

Ihr Profil:

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, business administration, sales management or commercial training with relevant further qualifications in sales
  • Several years of sales experience in the live entertainment, broadcast and corporate sectors
  • Full-blooded sales professional with a pronounced "hunter mentality"
  • Proven success and relevant long-standing contacts with key players in these segments
  • Confident handling of MS Office and ERP system, preferably SAP
  • Authentic, eloquent demeanour and strong sales management skills
  • High service orientation, commitment, an appreciative management style, an agile mindset and the necessary pragmatism
  • Independent, structured and procedural way of working paired with the ability to work in a team
  • High willingness to travel within the EMEA region
  • Very good written and spoken German and English, other European foreign languages are a big plus
