Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Drive the global development and growth of ARRI’s Live Entertainment business, with a strong focus on generating new customers, applications, partnerships and revenue opportunities. 
  • Act as Key interface between the ARRI and Riedel organizations to leverage, knowledge, customer contacts and market access with the goal to speed up market penetration
  • Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across key Live Entertainment segments including Sports, Concerts, Festivals, Touring, Theatre, Performing Arts, Houses of Worship, Corporate Events, Event Production and other emerging applications. 
  • Development of initial integrated solution approaches across ARRI, Riedel Products and Managed Technology 
  • Build and maintain a global business-development pipeline, identifying strategic projects, customers and partners and driving opportunities from initial engagement through commercial qualification and handover/closure with regional Sales teams. 
  • Define and execute ARRI’s global Go-to-Market strategy for Live Entertainment, including target segments, priority applications, customer profiles, value propositions and routes to market. 
  • Develop a 3–5 year growth roadmap for Live Entertainment, including market potential, target segments, regional priorities, revenue opportunities and marketshare ambitions. 
  • Identify and develop strategic accounts and lighthouse customers that can accelerate adoption and establish ARRI as a leading technology partner within Live Entertainment. 
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across the Live Entertainment ecosystem, including production companies, rental companies, system integrators, venues, designers, technical directors, consultants, artists and technology partners. 
  • Develop strategic partnerships and alliances that expand ARRI’s and Riedel’s market access, strengthen its solution offering and create incremental revenue opportunities. 
  • Drive demand for ARRI products by influencing the complete ecosystem and creating preference for ARRI Camera Systems. 
  • Functional Leadership of global BDM- and Tech Sales Team of approx. 10 FTE 
  • Work closely with the regional Sales organizations in the Americas, EMEA and APAC to translate global business-development initiatives into qualified regional opportunities and revenue. 
  • Support regional Sales teams on strategic opportunities, major projects and new customer acquisition, including customer engagement, solution development, commercial strategy and competitive positioning. 
  • Develop the optimal route-to-market strategy for new Live Entertainment opportunities, including direct sales, dealers, distributors, system integrators, rental companies and strategic partners. 
  • Identify new applications and use cases for ARRI Camera Systems and Lighting products and develop scalable commercial propositions around them. 
  • Continuously analyze competitors, technology developments, customer investments and market trends to identify new growth opportunities and potential threats. 
  • Establish a systematic Voice-of-Customer process and translate customer requirements, workflow developments and market feedback into actionable input for Product Management and R&D. 
  • Partner with Product Management to identify portfolio gaps and product requirements required to win in priority Live Entertainment applications. 
  • Partner with Global Marketing to develop segment-specific positioning, campaigns, reference projects, trade-show activities and customer success stories that support pipeline creation and market development. 
  • Develop business cases for new markets, applications and strategic initiatives, including market potential, expected revenue, required investment, commercial model and return potential. 
  • Track and report relevant Business Development KPIs including qualified pipeline, new customer acquisition, strategic-account penetration, new application revenue, partner-generated opportunities, conversion and market-share development. 

Ihr Profil:

  • Strong knowledge and network within the Live Entertainment industry, ideally across several segments, applications and geographic markets. 
  • Proven Business Development experience with a track record of creating new business, opening new markets and developing strategic customer relationships. 
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and translate them into qualified pipeline and sustainable revenue. 
  • Experience developing and executing Go-to-Market strategies for new products, applications, customer segments or geographic markets. 
  • Strong understanding of professional Camera Systems related workflows and customer applications within Live Entertainment. 
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with senior decision-makers, key influencers, strategic customers and industry partners. 
  • Experience working with direct and indirect sales channels, including dealers, distributors, system integrators, rental companies and strategic partners. 
  • Strong ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities and coordinate regional Sales, Product Management, Marketing and technical resources. 
  • Entrepreneurial and hands-on approach with the ability to move between strategy and direct customer engagement. 
  • Strong analytical capabilities including market analysis, business-case development, pipeline management and commercial opportunity assessment. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. 
  • Ability to operate effectively in a global matrix organization and influence stakeholders without direct reporting authority. 
  • Willingness to travel extensively internationally to develop customers, partners and business opportunities. 
  • Excellent English language skills. German and additional languages are a plus.
