Job description:

  • Verantwortung für die technische Planung und Durchführung von Produkt-Entwicklungsprojekten von der Idee bis zur Serienüberleitung, sowie Überwachung der Änderungen bei bestehenden Produkten im Bereich High End Kamerasysteme zur Anwendung an professionellen Filmsets
  • Steuerung der Projektaktivitäten zur Sicherstellung der Ziele im Hinblick auf Qualität, Kosten und Termine
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produkt Management als Auftraggeber und Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen anderen Fachbereichen der Entwicklung und weiteren Abteilungen innerhalb der Organisation sowie auch externen Partnern
  • Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche und transparente Kommunikation mit allen Projektbeteiligten, wie z.B. Entwickler, Product Owner, Product Manager.
  • Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen über die notwendigen Ressourcen innerhalb der Entwicklungsprojekte
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting über den Projektfortschritt

Requirements:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik/Elektronik oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung als Projektleiter im Bereich Embedded Systems (Hardware und Software) von komplexen Echtzeitsystemen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in bildverarbeitenden Systemen
  • Erfahrung und sichere Anwendung von modernen Projektmanagementmethoden und -tools
  • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit gepaart mit sozialer Kompetenz
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
