Job description:

  • Verwaltung, Pflege, Wartung und Instandhaltung des Fuhrparks einschließlich aller Nebentätigkeiten
  • Koordination und Disposition der Fahrzeugauslieferungen, Überführungen sowie Rückführungen mit Einweisung und Unterweisung in die Fahrzeuge
  • Mitwirkung bei internen und externen Transporten
  • Kundenbetreuung in der Rolle als Vertreter des Fuhrparkleiters EU
  • Regelmäßige Führerscheinkontrolle, Rechnungsprüfung sowie Schadens-, Vertrags- und Bußgeldmanagement
  • Anmietung von Fahrzeugen bei den gängigen Fahrzeugvermietern
  • Erstellung von Lieferscheinen aus dem Warenwirtschaftssystem (R2)

Requirements:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung in einem handwerklichen oder technischen Bereich mit Affinität und Spaß an handwerklichen Arbeiten
  • Relevante Kenntnisse über Nutzfahrzeuge, Logistik und den europäischen Straßentransport sind wünschenswert
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Dienstleistung aus der Film– oder Veranstaltungsbranche ist von Vorteil
  • Erste Kenntnisse in MS-Office sowie einem Warenwirtschaftssystem
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden – und Dienstleitungsorientierung gepaart mit Teamfähigkeit
  • Führerscheinklasse B, C und C1
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
