Job description:

  • Eigenständige Umsetzung strategischer Projekte in der Business Unit Lighting der ARRI Group
  • Koordination und Steuerung von crossfunktionalen Projektteams
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der BU-Leitung, um neue Projekte und Initiativen zu planen und zu entwickeln
  • Überwachung des Fortschritts der Projekte, Analyse von Risiken sowie Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung
  • Sicherstellung der Implementierung der Projektergebnisse
  • Regelmäßige Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsleitung
  • Erstellung von Präsentationen für die BU-Leitung

Requirements:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder eines vergleichbaren Studienganges
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten und crossfunktionalen Teams
  • Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position sowie in produzierenden Unternehmen von Vorteil
  • Sichere Anwendung der gängigen Projektmanagementtools und sehr gute Office-Kenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches und analytisches Denken, sowie eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationskompetenzen auf Deutsch und Englisch
