Vice President Business Development EMEAI South & West ARRI Group (m/w/d)


Job description:

  • Drive ARRI’s business of ARRI Camera Systems and Lighting in the assigned region
  • Partners (Dealer) management to ensure maximum motivation, loyalty and marketing representation
  • Goal settings and performance control of partner network
  • Define and manage assigned Key Accounts to maximize market share
  • Responsible to achieve revenue targets
  • Forecasting of revenue and sales volumes
  • Drive demand (Pull) for ARRI Products by engaging with end customers and users, e.g. DOPs, Gaffers, ACs, rental houses
  • Support customers and partners in ensuring accurate execution of business transactions
  • Lead Sales Marketing team for EMEAI Region and execute marketing plan to drive brand/product visibility and ‘community’ of users our products
  • Work with and manage network of BDMs
  • Support continues improvement and development of the organization

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of ARRI’s product portfolio and application
  • Proven track record of sales and business development in the Motion Picture and Broadcast industry
  • Excellent intercultural understanding and skills
  • Expert in managing a network of partners (dealers)
  • Required to travel to generate business opportunities across geographical customer base
  • Commercially astute, self-motivated and highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of legal contexts in the processing of business transactions in region, and/or willingness to develop insight and build know-how
  • Savy in working in teams as well as autonomous work environments
  • Hands on with a can do attitude – a true problem solver
  • Excellent English, French and Italian language skills are a must, a further language spoken in the region a big plus
