Job description:

  • Mitarbeit in frühen Phasen der Produktentwicklung zur Sicherstellung der Service- und Wartungsfähigkeit neuer Lighting-Produkte
  • Definition von Ersatzteilen, Werkzeugen, Prüf- und Kalibrierkonzepten sowie servicebezogenen Standards
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Service-, Wartungs- und Trainingsdokumentationen sowie Wissensdatenbanken
  • Analyse von Fehlerbildern, Reparaturkosten und KPIs zur Ableitung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Durchführung technischer Schulungen sowie Unterstützung im 2nd-Level-Support für Kund:innen und internationale Servicepartner

Requirements:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Medientechnik) oder technische Ausbildung mit vergleichbarer Qualifikation 
  • Erfahrung im technischen Service, Produkt-Support oder in der Serviceentwicklung, idealerweise im Bereich Lichttechnik
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, technische Inhalte strukturiert, verständlich und zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten
  • Analytische Arbeitsweise sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit technischen Kennzahlen und KPIs
  • Kommunikationsstärke, internationale Serviceerfahrung sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
