Job description:

  • Verantwortung für die Pflege und Qualitätssicherung von Ersatzteilstammdaten, Stücklisten und Serviceinformationen in SAP entlang des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
  • Steuerung und Koordination von Reparaturprozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie internationalen Servicepartnern
  • Analyse von Service-, Field- und Reparaturdaten zur Identifikation von Optimierungs- und Verbesserungspotenzialen
  • Bearbeitung technischer Anfragen im 1st-Level-Support inklusive strukturiertem Ticketmanagement und Eskalation komplexer Sachverhalte
  • Erstellung, Pflege und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Service- und Reparaturdokumentationen sowie aktive Betreuung des globalen Servicepartnernetzwerks

Requirements:

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im technischen Serviceumfeld, idealerweise in der Lichttechnik, im Reparaturbereich oder in der Produktbetreuung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Analytische Denkweise, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie gute Englischkenntnisse für den internationalen Austausch
