Job description:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für Monats-, Quartals- und Jahreskonzernabschlüsse nach HGB inkl. Anhang und Lagebericht
  • Steuerung des gesamten Konsolidierungsprozesses inkl. Qualitätssicherung und Weiterentwicklung der Konzernrechnungslegung
  • Fachliche Führung und Beratung der nationalen und internationalen Tochtergesellschaften in Bilanzierungs- und Steuerfragen
  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Steuerbereich der Gruppe (Tax Compliance, Betriebsprüfungen, Transfer Pricing, Fristenmanagement)
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung von Transformations- und Digitalisierungsprojekten (Automatisierung, Systemoptimierung, internationale Schulungen)

Requirements:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der BWL, Finanzen oder Steuern; idealerweise ergänzt um Steuerberaterqualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Konzernrechnungswesen, in der Wirtschaftsprüfung oder im Tax-Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Konzernabschluss nach HGB sowie fundierte Praxis im nationalen und internationalen Steuerrecht
  • Hohe IT-Affinität und Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA (FI), Group Accounting sowie digitalen Finance-Prozessen
  • Führungspersönlichkeit mit analytischer Stärke, klarer Kommunikation und souveränem Auftreten auf Management-Level
