Job description:

  • Konstruktion von Scheinwerfern, Einzelteilen und Baugruppen im 3D-CAD System sowie Integration von elektronischen und lichttechnischen Komponenten
  • Auswahl geeigneter Fertigungsverfahren und Werkstoffe
  • Erstellen von Baugruppen- und Bauteilzeichnungen sowie Stücklisten
  • Begleitung von Tests, Messungen sowie Bau von Funktionsmustern und Prototypen
  • Schnittstelle zu anderen Fachbereichen innerhalb der Entwicklungsabteilung sowie angrenzenden Abteilungen, wie Arbeitsvorbereitung und Einkauf
  • Änderungen von Serienprodukten nach gültigen Verfahrensanweisungen

 

Requirements:

  • Technischer Abschluss im Bereich Maschinenbau, Feinwerktechnik mit Schwerpunkt Konstruktion, eine vergleichbare Qualifikation oder eine Berufsausbildung mit Erfahrung in der Konstruktion
  • Erste Berufserfahrung als Konstrukteur
  • Sicherer Umgang mit 3D-CAD Systemen und zugehörigen PDM/PLM Systemen, vorzugsweise mit Solidworks oder Siemens NX
  • Erfahrung in der Konstruktion von Kunststoff-, Guss- Blechteilen, Strangpressprofilen oder mit Oberflächenverfahren
  • Kenntnisse in Strukturmechanik, Thermodynamik und der Integration von Elektro-/Elektronikkomponenten in Konstruktionen
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
